The company was founded by Noël PONOT in 1983, and, at the start, offered a local grinding service. Located in France, more precisely in Yssingeaux (Haute Loire – 43), the company quickly evolved to become a manufacturer of knives and blades for the plastics converting industry to respond to the growing needs of local partners.
In 1991 the company moved to a modern production plant in the Lavée industrial area. Over the last 15 years, the factory has been extended 3 times, reflecting the dynamism of the company.
In 2001, M. Gerald PONOT started to work for the company and took on the different administrative and technical tasks which allowed him to become the general manager of the family-owned company in 2006.
An investment program is in place to open up future prospects:

Today we are the specialists in the development of cutting tools for packaging machines and especially for the food industry. We are proud to sell our products with the “made in France” tagline.
